Bernard I. Agin, managing partner of Agin and Agin, brings his skills as a Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser, Certified Public Accountant, Economist, and Attorney in the areas of Business Valuations, Equipment Appraisals, and the Calculation of Economic Loss. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree with a concentration in Economic Theory and Statistics from the Ohio State University, and his Law Degree from Cleveland State University. He received his certification as a Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Valuation Analysts and his certification as a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from the NEBB Institute. He was noted in Best Lawyers in America – Directory of Experts has authored articles in the areas of Business Valuations and Economic Damages, and lectured in the areas of Business Valuations, Projection of Economic Loss, Economics, Statistical Analysis, and Basic Accounting Principles for non accountants for over twenty-five years. He has testified in litigation proceedings and been qualified as an expert witness in courts throughout Ohio. He has been appointed both by the Court and by agreement of opposing attorneys to arbitrate business valuations and to assist with complex financial issues in litigation cases.
Sandra Agin, ( Chairman Emeritus) retired. One of the original founders of Agin and Agin
Sandy was active as an Attorney at Law, and Certified Public Accountant. She provides her vast knowledge in combining law, accounting and general business to members of the firm in the areas of expert witness testimony as the active members prepare for trial.
Joshua Feldman, Senior Analyst, is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified Fraud Examiner. His background provides an added dimension for the firm’s business valuations and additionally provides the ability to undertake fraud examinations for other purposes.
