I am pleased to announce that I will be speaking at NBI seminars in November. On November 2nd I will be in Toledo speaking on issues relating to the treatment of complex assets in domestic relations matters including the calculation of fair market value of defined benefit vs. defined contributions plans, enterprise and personal goodwill, and the issue of double dipping and the analysis required for equitable distribution of the asset and calculation of support. On November 16th I will be speaking in Cleveland at a seminar dealing with understanding accounting statements and the utilization of tax returns. While both topics have been covered previously the information and approach used for both seminars has been completely reworked.
